Lady Gaga

Whilst I find her music fairly average; I think Lady Gaga is quite brilliant with PR. She makes headlines without being involved in a drug scandal or nightclub fight.

I also have to take my hat off to the mash-ups getting round of "Born This Way" vs "Express Yourself".
